Everything is freshly prepared for a flavourful breakfast which everyone will love. Guests can enjoy our breakfast in the dining room or on the terrace during the warmer months.
Home-made jams, honey from the Gruyère mountains, local ham and cheese, bread from the bakery in Charmey and, of course, cuchaule, Freiburg’s traditional brioche bread made with saffron (AOC certification).
